LUMENS is a progressive metalcore band based in Adelaide, South Australia. This website is operated by the band for music, tour information, merch preorders, and mailing list updates.

We only collect information you give us or that is needed to run the site and store:

• Mailing list: your email address and browser user agent when you subscribe on the homepage.
• Merch preorders: name, email, phone, shipping address, and order details — collected and processed by Stripe at checkout.
• Site analytics: page visits and completed merch purchases via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — including browser data, pages viewed, and order value (not your full payment details).
• Technical data: standard server and hosting logs via Cloudflare (e.g. IP address, browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

We use your information to:

• Send mailing list updates about releases, tours, and merch (only if you subscribed).
• Process and fulfil merch preorders.
• Measure site traffic and merch conversion performance.
• Respond to press, booking, and customer enquiries.
• Keep the website secure and working properly.

We use trusted providers to run parts of the site. They process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — stores mailing list signups.
• Stripe — processes merch payments and holds order and shipping details.
• Meta (Facebook) — site analytics via the Meta Pixel; may set cookies and collect browsing and purchase event data. See Meta's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website.

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to record completed merch purchases. The pixel may place cookies in your browser and send event data (such as pages viewed and order totals) to Meta.

We use this data to understand site performance and to support future marketing — we are not currently running paid social advertising, but the same pixel is used across our presave and website activity.

You can limit Meta's use of your data through your Facebook ad preferences (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads) or by using browser privacy settings and ad-blocking tools. Disabling cookies may affect how some site features work.

Mailing list emails are kept until you ask to unsubscribe.

Order records are kept in Stripe for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and fulfilment purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by emailing officiallumens@gmail.com.

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the same address.
