Merch sold on this site is offered as a preorder unless stated otherwise. Estimated shipping is shown at checkout and on the merch page.

Current estimated ship window: August 2026 from Adelaide, South Australia.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Checkout is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

A confirmation email and receipt are sent by Stripe after a successful payment.

Preorder & returns:

• All preorders are final. No cancellations or refunds once payment is complete.
• Returns are eligible only for wrong size (unworn, tags attached) or manufacturing defects.
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and we'll sort it out.

Subscribing to the mailing list is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.

We will not share your email with third parties for their marketing.

All music, artwork, photography, logos, and site content are owned by LUMENS or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without our written consent.

We provide this website and merch store on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or delays in shipping beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
